The Business includes an experienced team of approximately 21 non-union employees including a full-time store manager and bakery manager which will help to ensure a smooth transition.

The Business features an excellent Winnipeg location and significant amount of assets including specialized equipment and leasehold improvements with a total replacement value in excess of $750,000.  Improvements to the grocery store have been made over the years including improvements to aisle shelving, checkout stands, refrigerators and freezers and operating systems.

Historic sales have been strong. Sales in 2023 were approximately $5,000,000 with an EBIT-DA of approximately $600,000. The Company is being offered for $600,000 plus inventory (inventory estimated to be $325,000)
