In 1994 Ostir helped create Marlton Business Brokers, a division of Marlton Realty Ltd, which was created to specialize in the confidential sale and purchase of established small market businesses. As a result of successfully completing increasingly larger and more sophisticated transactions, Ostir created Ostir Business Brokers to specialize in both small and medium market businesses including asset and share transactions. The boutique firm represents both buyers and sellers, serving as business locators, intermediaries and negotiators. Ostir Business Brokers is a specialist with real market knowledge which provides its clients with experienced guidance and successful results.
